Labor Day Run

Our Labor Day run was a huge success!!! Thank you everyone that participated!!! Also thanks to all the candidates that help add to the fun of the whole event. We had a wonderful turn out our largest so far!!! Congrats to our winners Tricia Austin won the 5k and Steve Hanks won the 10k. Our next run will be in October!! Thanks again everyone for a great run!!!

Good luck Trish and all of you running the half marathon this weekend!!! You are going to have such an amazing time. Half marathon are a lot of fun. Remember to stay on top of your hydration. Take a sip at the aid station Even if you don't think you need it. Your body will thank you for it later. You are going to do great!!!!

Labor Day Fun Run with the Candidates

We are so excited for our next fun run!!! It will be held Labor Day September 7Th at 7:00a.m. with the kids race at 8:30. We will meet in front of Eagle Valley Elementary. We have invited all of the candidates running for mayor and city council to join us. It will be a great chance to say hello and put their names with their faces!! We will also be adding a few give aways at the end of this race. I would like to remind those who joined us at our July 25Th run of our "Bring the most friends" contest. Remember this is a FUN RUN and WALK and all are welcome. I almost forgot the best part, this event for the whole family is FREE!!!! We look forward to seeing you all there!!!!

Running News

I am so excited for this new blog! Hopefully it will help all of us who love to run, walk or just work out stay connected and motivated. Thank you to all who participated in the July 25Th run! We had a great turn out and a lot of fun! Congrats to all the participants who met their goals and finished the run. We are excited and looking forward to our next run on Labor Day! Again the race will start at 7:00 A.M. with a kids race following at 8:30. There will be a give away to the runner who brings the most friends!!
